Why no - last time I recalled we didn't fall off the face of the planet. However, to not be in the eye of media or spotted in the vicinity of every Chicago Asian-American event does not equal that this project is on the shelf. On the contrary, brothas and sistas, editing and writing is taking a new plateu with "That Asian Thing." The plan has been layed out and right now funding is what we're waiting on. Just need to save that dough to get the supernova editing mechanisms that will compose this orchestra. I like to say that I have all the pieces to a puzzle, now I just need to glue it all together.
I've also been googling any contests or forms of documentary competitions that may be work to our advantage. The paperwork and filing that goes on with movies behind the scenes is also in play right now. As the holidays start rolling in, family distractions and cold weather hibernations may take a toll. But have faith my friends....we're still kickin it like Bruce Lee!
